All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please note this service is not tracked.

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class at checkout, which aims for next working day delivery. 

All International orders are sent Royal Mail Untracked International. If you would like a tracked service, please upgrade at checkout!

As all items are made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, in the sad event of your order arriving damaged or faulty, I’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. Please email me within 48 hours of delivery at livleedesigns.co@gmail.com, including photos so I can resolve this as quickly as possible.
